Our coaching services are second to none. We pride ourselves in finding the right programs to meet your goals. We have our 15 years of coaching experience, with our guidance you can and will meet, with some cases exceed your set goals. It does not matter if it is one-on-one, two-on-one, up to five-on-one, it will not be cookie cut programming everyone has different goals and there fore different programming needs. may all train together, certainly not the same. 

One of the things we pride on is the ability to be dynamic, and change on the fly for our clients. We do this, so we may not cause discomfort, and create a modification that may accomplish the same objective, with a positive result. Our coaching style is straightforward, we will not SUGAR COAT anything, we will address the positive and reinforce the areas that need conditioning. We do this to create body symmetry, this means you can move more freely with minimal restrictions; after all GCF’s goals is to help you create symmetry and longevity.  

Truth is, everything above sounds good, but you still will need to put in the work in-order to see and feel the results. This is why we preach the Ethos of Finish Strong!

One-on-one coaching

Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine.

Tailored coaching is not like your average gym. It is a program regiment that is tailored to your goals. You will actually have fun, make friends, develop a one-on-one relationship with the training. Yeah sometimes you may want to punch the trainer in the face because you will be sore and aching, but you know you are getting great service that is tailored to your goals.

fitness coach combines a systematic coaching/ guidance process and personal training (or fitness instruction) to empower clients to develop a fit lifestyle as well as the ability and self- confidence to maintain a fit lifestyle.

Nutritional Coaching

Nutrition is the science that interprets the nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism. It includes food intake, absorption, assimilation, biosynthesis, catabolism and excretion.

Meal planning is asking the what’s for dinner question once for the whole week, instead of every night, and then shopping for and prepping the ingredients before cooking. We assist you with that by finding your likes, and placing recipes together for you.

MATRIX PLAN was created to combine levels of fitness with a nutrition regiment to support the progress of fitness. It is both measurable as well as accommodating to everyone’s level of fitness.  

We also offer meals at the gym for you to take and enjoy. Different meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner we have available.

Online Fitness Coaching

In a nutshell, online coaching is when you receive your fitness and nutrition coaching from a fitness or nutrition coach online. Usually through training videos provided on a fitness app or online dashboard managed by your coach. Available 24/7 and you can email/or video your concerns or needs; at the end of the day it comes down to accountability

Group Fitness Coaching

The term group fitness encompasses any and all form of fitness that’s done in a group setting, lead by a fitness coach or group instructor. … Many gyms offer a whole schedule of group fitness classes, such as crossfit workouts, that include strength training, core, cardio and cycling.

That means free gym access to multiple SilverSneakers fitness locations and exercise classes led by certified coaches who know how to help clients stay fit. All at no extra cost at times.
